Hey y’all! We’re the Penn Family: Brian, Brooke, Lincoln, and Kennedy. We are all born and bred Texans, and have lived in Dallas all our lives. We moved to Prosper in 2017, and couldn’t be happier here. We have been married for over 19 years, and our two kiddos keep us very busy with basketball and swimming.

Our backgrounds are in sales and facility management, and we are so excited to be a part of the Card My Yard Family. Even the kids help with the sign prepping, planting, and picking up. Teach ‘em young!
